Employee Assistance Program
CONCERN is Randolph Township Schools' Employee Assistance Program. This program has been developed to assist not only employees, but their families as well.
Through this program employees and their families are eligible for three (3) free counseling sessions. These sessions can relate to family issues, workplace issues, grief, finance stress, emotional support, relationship problems, etc. The program is confidential and it is important to know that the sessions are not processed through the district medical plan (Aetna). The sessions can be in person at one of their three locations (Morristown, Sparta and Hackettstown) or by phone.
There are also opportunities to utilize this program to assist with team building and preparing to take on a leadership role, as well as offering job coaching sessions at no cost.
Additionally, Human Resources distributes CONCERN flyers that are emailed on a monthly basis.
If you are interested in participating in this program or would like more information you can contact them directly at (800) 242 - 7371 or you may request additional information from the Human Resources office.
